Getting Started:

What kind of browser do I need to have?
FNB On-Line Banking supports Netscape Navigator  and Microsoft Explorer . The browser must support 128-bit SSL encryption.

What happens if I don't log off of the system?
By default First National Bank's On-Line Banking has a 10 minute time out feature, so if the system is not used for 10 minutes, then the user will be inactive and will have to log in again.

What happens if I forget my PIN?
You are allowed 3 login attempts, and on the 3rd attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system. You will need to contact the bank to clear you login or reset your password.

How late in the evening can I make transfers?
The cut-off time for current day transfers is 2:00 p.m.. Any transfers after the cut-off time will be posted on the next business day.

What is a Cookie?
As added security, our software requires that your browser accept cookies. A "cookie" is a small piece of information which a web server can store on your web browser. This is useful for having your browser remember some specific information which the web server can later retrieve. All cookies have expiration dates. Our cookies are deleted when you quit your browser. Cookies cannot be used to obtain data from your hard drive, get your e-mail address, or steal sensitive or personal information about you. Also, each cookie can only be read by the server that set it, so strange servers cannot view or steal the information in a cookie that you previously accepted.
