What kind of browser do I need to have?
FNB On-Line Banking Website requires Internet Explorer 8 if you are using the Windows XP operating system to display correctly. Windows XP operating systems will no longer be supported by Microsoft beginning April 14th, 2014. Windows 7 and 8 users should use Internet Explorer 9 or 10 and higher when they become available. Other Browsers supported are Mozilla Firefox 23.0 or higher, Google Chrome 23.0 or higher, or Safari 5.17 or higher (Mac based systems only). All browsers must support 128-bit SSL encryption.
What happens if I don't log off of the system?
By default First National Bank's On-Line Banking has a 30 minute time out feature, so if the system is not used for 30 minutes, then the user will be inactive and will have to log in again.
What happens if I forget my PIN?
You are allowed 3 login attempts, and on the 3rd attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system. You will need to contact the bank to clear you login or reset your password.
How late in the evening can I make transfers?
The cut-off time for current day transfers is 4:00 p.m.. Any transfers after the cut-off time will be posted on the next business day.
